Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
  • Be unworn and in new condition.
  • Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
  • Be approved through our return portal before being shipped back.
Once your return request has been approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days along with return instructions.

Free Returns

Returns are free for orders shipped within the United States and Canada.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

To help you secure your preferred size or color before stock runs out, exchanges are processed through our Return & Reorder system.
Simply follow these steps:
  • Submit your return request within 14 days of delivery.
  • Place a new order for your preferred size or color to reserve your item.
  • Once your return request has been approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  • Ship your original item back using the provided return shipping label.
  • Once your returned item has been received and approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
This approach helps you secure your preferred item without waiting for your return to be processed.

Note: Delivery and return services are currently available only in the United States and Canada.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
